The house of “Galanga”, based in Lyon, close to the Rhône terroir, works hand in hand with chefs to offer delicious artisanal Lyonnaise terrines, so emblematic of our very French taste for the aperitif and the “casse-croûte”. Galanga also has expertise in selecting black truffle products. We are especially fond of: black truffle verrine, black truffle-flavoured oil, Camargue salt with black truffle and a red Grignan-les-Adhémar, all products from around the great Truffle market of Richerenches in the south of France.

On an estate of 100 hectares crossed by the Essonne, undulating and lined with centuries-old trees, the course enjoys a bucolic setting.
